King Charles , Queen Camilla, Prince William , and the Princess of Wales are thought to be readying themselves for two years of tours in a bid “to keep the Commonwealth intact”. The blitz of royal tours follows an absence of royal trips following the death of Queen Elizabeth II last year and Charles’ Coronation this year. Speaking on Palace Confidential, the Mail on Sunday’s editor-at-large Charlotte Griffiths said that Kate will not be making the same “mistakes” as the late Queen when it comes to the trips. Ms Griffiths said that Kate will keep her time on the trips abroad to a minimum. The Princess of Wales is keen to not disrupt her three children’s lives. The royal expert said that Kate had learned the lessons of the late Queen.
