Prince Harry’s memoir could cause the “final torching” of “rickety bridges” between the Duke and the rest of the Royal Family, a commentator has claimed. Spare, Harry’s memoir, will be released on January 10, 2023. The book is thought to be filled with explosive revelations about the firm. Royal commentator Daniela Elser said that this could mean that whatever is left of the fractured relationship between Harry, his father and his brother, is completely destroyed. Writing for News.co.au, she said: “If he is going to tell-all in the most literal sense, it could very likely represent the final torching of whatever rickety bridges remain between himself and his family.”Ms Elser noted that the timing of the book’s release is odd, as it misses the Christmas rush. Speculating on the reason for the release date, she said: “Could the timing of Harry’s book coming out be a ploy to ensure that it gets to number one on the bestseller lists given the possible lack of competition?”Could it be that the finished manuscript is far less explosive than anyone might have thought?”It has also been speculated that, after the death of Queen Elizabeth and the ascension of King Charles, Harry wanted to edit the manuscript so that it was less scathing towards the firm. Palace lawyers will undoubtedly be on standby in the new year waiting to see what is in it.”If Harry’s previous allegations across numerous TV interviews are anything to go by, this will be nuclear.”Regardless of the content, which will no doubt be explosive, there will be little chance of this acting as a vehicle to reconciliation for Harry and Meghan.” Tensions between Harry, his wife Meghan and the rest of the Royal Family have been high since the Sussexes stepped down from senior royal duties in 2020 and relocated to North America. The couple also said that an unnamed member of the Firm asked what colour their son Archie’s skin would be before he was born. Harry and Meghan have only returned to see the Royal Family a handful of times since leaving the UK, the last time being during the Queen’s mourning period. Prince William extended an olive branch to the Duke and Duchess following the death of the Queen, and invited them on walkabout with him and Kate in Windsor. However, it is believed that no major healing occurred between the two estranged brothers.
