Prince Harry and Meghan Markle share ‘mutual addiction to drama’, says author

Royal author Tina Brown claimed that The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s exit from the Royal Family ‘was a bit like maximum mayhem on the way out’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have a shared “addiction to drama” and were intent on causing “maximum mayhem” with their exit from The Firm, a royal expert has said. Journalist Tina Brown’s earth-shattering book ‘The Palace Papers: Inside The House Of Windsor – The Truth And The Turmoil’ was released earlier this year and saw her make a number of explosive claims about several members of the family.

Before her book was published, Mrs Brown gave an insight into her views on Prince Harry and Meghan’s relationship and spoke of the trait that binds the couple together. She then went on to compare their marriage with that of The Prince and Princess of Wales’, saying William and Kate “calm each other down”, whereas Harry and Meghan “wind each other up”.

Journalist Tina Brown’s The Palace Papers: Inside the House of Windsor, the Truth and the Turmoil was two years in the making and features interviews and information from more than 120 insiders and sources.

In an interview with The Telegraph, she spoke about Harry and Meghan’s shared characteristics and compared them with The Prince and Princess of Wales.
