Neither hand appears to be on the steering wheel as the officer drives for several seconds down the busy high street. The clip was shared on social media, and has been viewed more than 11,000 times. It prompted people to comment and share their anger over there being one rule for police officers, and another rule for us. One person wrote: "Best read the Highway Code...it's £200 fine and six points...and a little hike on your insurance." While another posted: "As usual 1 rule for us and another one for them.
