Phillip Schofield appeared downtrodden as he left a London pub, just one day after Holly Willoughby prepares to make her National Television Awards debut without her former co-host
Phillip Schofield looked glum on as he headed out for a bite to eat at a local gastropub, as Holly Willoughby prepared to make her first National Television Awards debut without him â following their feud.
The former breakfast show host was photographed in London, leaving The Roebuck in Chiswick after a three-hour-long lunch. The sighting comes just a few months after the 61-year-old was axed from the ITV programme, after confessing he’d lied about an affair with a younger co-worker.
Phillip later apologised for his actions, calling his relationship with the colleague ‘unwise but not illegal’. Holly shared her ‘hurt’ over Phil’s ‘lies’ in an initial statement and later slammed her former TV bestie upon her return to This Morning before heading on a longer-than-usual summer break. Holly, 42, hasn’t spoken about her former co-host since â but their feud appears to have continued as it was recently noticed Phil had unfollowed Holly from Instagram.
Phillip was dressed suitably light for the hot weather, wearing a loose white T-shirt and navy shorts with a pair of black sunglasses. As for his footwear, he kept things casual with blue trainers with white platforms.
