The TV star’s mother Anne and father Richard died on Friday lunchtime when their car careered into a river while on their way to a pub for lunch
Location, Location, Location star Phil Spencer revealed his mother predicted she and his father would ‘go together’ a week before they tragically died in a car crash.
The TV star’s mother Anne, 82, and father Richard, 89, died on Friday lunchtime when their car careered into a river. They were on their way to a pub for lunch when their car veered off the access road into a shallow tributary river running through their estate in Littlebourne, near Canterbury, Kent.
Richard and Anne, who were married for almost 60 years, were pulled from the car and taken to the hospital. Sadly Richard was pronounced dead and Anne died later. A woman, in her 60s, was also in the car and suffered minor injuries. Phil recently broke his silence and paid tribute to his parents.
In the tribute, he opened up about his mother’s eerie predictions about her death. “As a family, we are all trying to hold onto the fact Mum and Dad went together and that neither will ever have to mourn the loss of the other one. Which is a blessing in itself,” he explained on Instagram.
