Peter Kay keeps tickets at £35 for comeback tour amid cost of living crisis

Comedian Peter Kay has announced a huge comeback tour five years after he took a break from the spotlight – and the much-loved star is keeping his ticket prices at £35 amid the cost of living crisis

Peter Kay is charging £35 per ticket for his long-awaited comeback tour amid the cost of living crisis.

The much-loved comedian, 49, will be embarking on a UK-wide arena tour next month, as he takes his brand-new stage show to a number of top venues. It will be the first time in 12 years that Peter has been on tour.

The new show was announced during the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! ad break of the first episode on Sunday night, with a hilarious clip of Peter carrying a roll of carpet and shouting at a man in a car.

Tickets go on sale on Saturday, with the show kicking off in Manchester and then travelling to Birmingham, Liverpool, Belfast, Newcastle, Dublin, Glasgow, Cardiff and Nottingham.
