In the letter, he revealed that doctors kept his tooth but offered up one of his sister's baby teeth instead. "This is my sister's tooth that you once forgot," he wrote. The youngster continued: "I was so brave today at the hospital that I even got 2 stitches." He kindly asked the tooth fairy if she would take 'Bista's' tooth instead and "leave me a special treat please". In an adorable reply to Theo, the tooth fairy said that the doctors had sent his tooth to her and shared how brave he was. She added that she knew "how proud your parents are of you".
