YOU could easily spend thousands, or even hundreds of thousands, on the “perfect” wedding day.
But one woman has proved that a wedding doesn’t have to cost you an arm and a leg, after her big day set her back just £700.
And she and her new husband didn’t have to scrimp on their nuptials either, as they invited 40 people to join them in the evening.
“Just really a post to say a perfect wedding day doesn’t have to cost a fortune,” Gemmah Carvell wrote on Facebook.
“We thoroughly enjoyed our low-key celebration with 40 evening guests at a cost of £700 all in.”
