Jake Paul believes Nate Diaz is ‘easy work’ after overcoming the biggest challenge of his career against former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva. The Problem Child defeated Silva via unanimous decision with scorecards of 77-74, 78-73, and 78-73.Diaz was in attendance for the contest but was kicked out of the Desert Diamond Arena for his involvement in a backstage brawl. A video of the incident shows Diaz slapping a member of Paul’s entourage while security desperately tried to break up the 20-man standoff.’Nate Diaz was here, acting like a b****. Everyone wants that fight, he was trying to fight people in the hallway,’ said Paul in his post-fight press conference.’Nate, stop fighting people for free, let’s do it in the ring. I know you’re a little slow, buddy, but it is okay, we can make that fight happen. It is typical of him, that is what he likes to do, he is a street gangster. He likes to act tough, and he is really not. Why are you trying to beat some up in a hallway, bro?’ Jake Paul called out Nate Diaz after beating Anderson Silva (Image: GETTY)Brimming with confidence after defeating The Spider, Paul assessed a potential scrap with Diaz during a recent appearance on Ariel Helwani’s MMA Hour. The ex-Disney actor says there is ‘no way Diaz is more difficult than Silva’ and doesn’t expect him to put up much of a challenge when the pair eventually face each other.’I’ll be down. I just beat one of the greatest MMA fighters of all time. Nate Diaz is easy work. Anderson Silva is way more difficult than Nate Diaz,’ said Paul.MORE BOXING NEWS…Usyk rips into Fury for Chisora fight and claims Brit is scaredChisora highlights change that makes Fury more ‘beatable’ in trilogyMcGregor major appearance change leaves fans saying the same thing Jake Paul is 6-0 as a professional boxer (Image: GETTY)’Well, he’s like slow and at the end of his career. He’s lost it as far as striking. Maybe he still has jiu-jitsu, but as far as striking and all that, he’s just like a street fighter.’Boxing is like the purest sport. It’s art, and you can’t come in and street-fight someone in a boxing match. Anderson has length, has the height. Anderson hits harder, is more slippery, has better head movement, the list goes on. I know so that Nate is easier.’Whether Diaz will be Paul’s next opponent is yet to be seen. Tommy Fury is another potential opponent for Paul with TNT expressing his willingness to attempt to make the fight for a third time on the same show.If it is to be made though, the contest will have to be staged in the United Kingdom with the Brit still unable to travel to the United States.
