Protesters have climbed onto a motorway gantry on the M25 hours after the High Court granted an injunction to bam Just Stop Oil demonstrations there.
The Metropolitan Police said the road has been temporarily closed at junction 25.
Specially trained officers from the force’s protest removal team are on their way to the scene.
Meanwhile, Surrey Police said there are further similar protests at other parts of the major road encircling most of Greater London.
