 Paddy McGuinness celebrated his birthday milestone early with his friends and family over the weekend. The Top Gear host, 49, readied himself to turn 50 with a premature celebratory gathering that included champagne and a luxurious cake marking his new age. His early low-key bash was showed off on social media as the star shared some behind-the-scenes snaps of the special day. A number of images revealed he was surrounded by a close-knit group of his friends before he got ready to head out to the wedding of Line Of Duty actress Vicky McClure. The star also shared a sweet video filmed by one of his nearest and dearest as they surprised Paddy with a birthday welcome home. In the clip, the TV presenter entered through the front door to screams of, 'Suprise, happy birthday' from people out of view of the camera and danced around the reception area to the tune of the popular coming-of-age jingle.
