Owners of wonky pub that burnt down also ‘destroyed’ two other rural sites

THE owners of the Crooked House allegedly “destroyed” two other rural sites – with cops treating the blaze at Britain’s “wonkiest pub” as arson.

Carly Taylor and her husband Adam recently bought the Crooked House – before it was gutted by fire on Saturday and razed on Monday.

They have not been identified as suspects by police investigating the pub’s destruction.

Neighbours in Lutterworth, Leicestershire previously slammed the couple’s plans to build on two rural quarries in the county.

They claimed that the Taylors ripped out 20ft mature trees and ploughed grassland teeming with wildlife.
