Nine people injured after car ploughed into tent at Welsh campsite

NEWS… BUT NOT AS YOU KNOW IT

Two people are in a serious condition after a car lost control and crashed into a campsite in Wales.

The car veered off a road at around 10.30pm on Saturday and ploughed through a group of people and a tent at Newgale campsite on the Pembrokeshire coast.

Passengers in the car were among the injured. Two victims are in a serious condition in hospital and one was airlifted to the University Hospital of Wales.

It’s believed the car was travelling from the village of Roch towards St Davids when it came off the A487.
