Nigel Farage calls Kari Lake ‘future of Republican Party’

Nigel Farage has called Kari Lake the ‘future of the Republican Party’ amid the ongoing US mid-term polls. Ms Lake is the Republican candidate for Arizona and Mr Farage believes that she is going to win the governorship in the state.The former Brexit party leader was in conversation with Dan Wootton on GB news discussing the US mid terms and the possibility of of Donald Trump announcing his re-run for the Presidential elections 2024.Mr Farage said: ‘I think she is going to win the governorship in Arizona.’And I really wouldn’t be surprised if next Tuesday she wasn’t at Mar-a-Lago too and wasn’t announced as Trump’s vice presidential running mate.’That is my guess as to what’s going to happen.’ Nigel Farage calls Kari Lake ‘future of Republican Party’ (Image: GB news)A former TV news anchor, Ms Lake has been touted as an ‘election denier’ who has questioned the result of the 2020 presidential vote, yet she remains one of the sensations of the midterm elections.Sky news reported that Ms Lake built her profile and fine-tuned her communication skills through television, anchoring Arizona’s local news broadcasts for 22 years.Speaking about her personality, Mr Farage said: ‘She brings energy.
