New Amsterdam sets up Max heartbreak after Elizabeth rejection

An unexpected turn of events saw Dr Max Goodwin (played by Ryan Eggold) turned down when he asked for a date from his new colleague, Dr Elizabeth Winder (Sandra Mae Frank) in the latest episode of New Amsterdam season five.
