The University of California Museum of Paleontology describes theropods as the "largest terrestrial carnivores ever to have made the earth tremble" and the group includes the likes of the infamous T-Rex. Sauropods are herbivorous and include the likes of the Diplodocus, which is estimated to have weighed a whopping 30 tons. Glen Kuban, a dinosaur expert who lives nearby, said a long process takes place in order for the full extent of tracks to be revealed.
