NEWS… BUT NOT AS YOU KNOW IT
NatWest has apologised to a homeowner after commissioning a giant mural of Marcus Rashford on the side of his property without his knowledge.
The bank commissioned an artist to paint an advert of the Man Utd star on the building in Brighton to advertise its financial skills scheme for young people.
The advert shows Marcus Rashford now and as a child with the caption: ‘Believe it, Become it.’
Landlord Peter Brynin, 75, said he had no objection to the artwork but was angry the mural was used as an advert for the bank without his knowledge.
