Osimhen's agent responded by threatening to sue the club , while the Nigerian refused to take a penalty against Udinese in mid-week. Napoli responded by stating no offence was intended but social media executive Alessio Fortino has now left the club. Fortino announced the news on Instagram , writing in a short statement: "Today, after 805 days, my professional adventure with Napoli ends.
