A man found collapsed at a popular dog-walking spot has died (Image: North Wales Live)Mystery surrounds the “unexplained” death of a man who collapsed at a popular dog-walking spot on Sunday morning.The 63-year-old man was discovered lifeless at Parc Bryn Cegin in Bangor, North Wales, and, though he was dashed to hospital, he died the same day. Now, police are conducting enquiries in the area to “establish the man’s movements prior to his discovery”.North Wales Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward to help the probe.The man’s next of kin, and the coroner’s office, have been informed, reports North Wales Live.Detective Inspector Andy Gibson, of the constabulary, said: “We understand Parc Bryn Cegin is a popular location for dog walkers.”We are asking anyone who saw an elderly man, approximately 5’8′ and wearing blue jeans with a grey hooded top in the area between 10am on Saturday, November 5 and 9am on Sunday, November 6 to please contact us on 101 quoting reference B168289.”We are currently treating the death as unexplained and working closely with the coroner at this time.”No further details about the man, including his name or where she’s from, have been disclosed by police at this stage.Writing online, people in the community paid their respects to the man.One woman wrote on social media: “So very sad, bless him.”Another posted: “Great sadness, thoughts to all family and friends.”A third Facebook user stated: “Such terrible news, my thoughts to the family.”Parc Bryn Cegin is a business park in a rural setting southeast of Bangor. It’s just off the junction 11 of A55 which runs through north Wales.North Wales Constabulary’s investigation continues.
