Information filed to Companies House show KP Merch Limited was dissolved on September 12, after being struck off a week earlier. The firm is described as providing: "Retail sale via mail order houses or via internet," and was used to deal with income from the star's make-up masterclasses. It was run by her pal Jeyda Yilmaz with an address listed in Manchester. Dormant accounts filed in December 2020 showed a balance of £1.
