'This roasted tomato , basil, and burrata appetizer served with toasty crostini is all three and has become my new go-to hosting staple.' She sliced dozens of baby tomatoes in half, threw them in a glass baking dish, added olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder on top, and mixed it all together. Focusing on the crostini, she then cut a French baguette into small pieces and laid them out on a pan with olive oil drizzled on top. Morgan popped both dishes into the oven at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes, though she said to take out the bread a bit sooner. To give the toasted bread extra flavor, she rubbed raw garlic directly onto the warm slices. 'Just do it lightly. Your guests will thank you.' Once the tomatoes were soft and roasted, she placed them in the center of a serving dish and spread the crostini around it. 'I then topped the roasted tomatoes with creamy burrata, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze.' She said the hors d'oeuvre is sure to be a hit.
