I changed my car in February. Unfortunately the new car wouldn’t pair via Bluetooth with my iPhone SE. I contacted the Apple helpline and we tried all the usual resets without success.
I bought the phone new from an Apple Store on April 1 last year, so it was still in warranty. On March 7 the problem was escalated within Apple’s engineering team.
Since this time I have had numerous calls with Apple support teams, and the problem hasn’t been resolved. While my phone pairs with all other devices and my car happily pairs with every other iPhone without any issue, they won’t pair with each other.
After videos of my phone failing and numerous logs being uploaded to Apple, they told me it was
