The woman explained she had picked out a knee-length dress with straps on the shoulders, but her husband said he didn't want her to wear it as he didn't think it was appropriate. She refused his demand for her to wear something else, and on the day of the wedding, she claimed her husband waited until she was wearing the dress - and had her hair and make-up done - before he chucked a cup of water over her, forcing her to get changed. I had a knee-length dress with straps on the shoulders and back to wear to the wedding. "My husband didn't want me to wear it and said he thought it was 'too revealing'. I told him to relax and take it easy since the wedding was small and no strangers would be there. Besides I thought the dress was fine not too revealing like he said. He kept arguing with me about it and told me to wear something else but I refused. "He waited until I was wearing it then splashed water all over it. I was in shock! The water was too cold and it covered my whole body, not just the dress. It also got on my face and hair! I froze there in shock and began to cry really loud."
