Living with four children aged nine, seven and twin boys aged one, Rebecca is in a one-bed home on the A45 - where they share a kitchen with two other families. Husband Yassin, 38, and their oldest daughters, 15, and 12, are in another one-bed on the opposite side of the busy road and share with four other families. The girls - one of which is about to sit her GCSEs - are forced to sleep in the property alone sometimes while their dad goes to work. Unbearable living situations include cramped conditions and noisiness - which Rebecca claims is making one of her son's suspected autism worse. Forced out when her landlord came back from Egypt, Rebecca said her son refers to their new home as a "prison". Desperate, the 33-year-old said no one at the city council is taking notice and she is being "ignored". She told BirminghamLive: "My support worker knows about this and has raised it, but no-one at the council is taking any notice. "I've sent 50 emails and no-one has come back to me. "What do I do? I'm being ignored. I'm asking to be put in something which is self-contained. I hope we can move as soon as possible." In one room there is a double bed and a bunk bed - but no space for cots - while the other room has one double and two single beds.
