Mr Tobin, whose lengthy rap sheet includes second-degree assault, violating restraining orders, and resisting arrest, wrote: 'I love Rachel, I would never do anything to her, let the family and I grieve. Margaret Woltz, 69, who employed Rachel and her husband Richard for eight years helping keep their home tidy, told the New York Post, she was "devoted" to her kids, who were aged between 8 and 18 and had three different fathers. She had a flexible work schedule that allowed her to make sure her kids were always taken care of. We were like grandparents to the kids and we trusted her implicitly.'
