We were incredibly lucky that the tumour had been caught." Brits basked in a 32C heatwave in July last year when Sofia first experienced the headaches. Tanisha, a stay-at-home mum, thought the humidity was to blame for the this at first but, two days later with the little girl experiencing abnormality with her eyes too, her mother took her to the Specsavers in Warren Heath, Suffolk. With opticians worried within minutes, they phoned Ipswich Hospital and ordered Tanisha and partner Gareth Kidd-Stanton, 41, to take her there. Tanisha, also mum to Jaiden, five, and 18-month-old Rueben,: "Sofia was sent home with a headache and sickness. We put it down to a sickness bug going around at school, plus there was a heatwave which I thought might have made her feel unwell.
