 A mum branded 'crazy' for getting a tattoo dedicated to her favourite butchers has hit back at the trolls. Julie Turner, 52, decided to pay a permanent tribute to Malcolm Michaels Quality Butchers in Leeds, where she pops in every day to buy their fresh pork pies, sandwich fillings and cheeses. After being called out on social media over the 'mad' inking, the mum-of-two hit back, insisting 'it's my body and I can have whatever tattoo I like'. Even one of the butchers' owners, Malcolm Leary, admitted being 'shocked' at the tattoo, which stretches across Julie's thigh, but also described feeling honoured by it. Julie decided to make the tribute on August 6 while on holiday in Scarborough. The gesture came after she was joking around with the butchers about adding a tattoo dedicated to them to her existing array of ink. One staff member dared her to do it and Julie ended up calling their bluff. She said: 'They're such a friendly bunch. They have laughs and jokes. They always put a song on when I'm there – the one by Ali G and Shaggy, Me Julie. 'They're always trying to get me dancing! They're all such nice guys. It's such a fun friendly butchers.'
