Mum flooded with ‘creepy’ messages from men on her Facebook ad selling a dress

A young mum recently uploaded an ad on Facebook, hoping to sell a two-piece orange outfit, only to find herself inundated with ‘creepy’ messages from strange men

A new mum recently got more than she bargained for when she innocently tried to advertise a two-piece orange outfit on Facebook marketplace, only to receive a number of uncalled-for messages from ‘creepy’ men. April, 24, had hoped to sell the brightly coloured set on Facebook, and so included a snap of herself wearing it while cradling her baby bump.

April, who has since welcomed her baby boy to the world, had only wanted to demonstrate what the outfit would look like when worn, to give potential buyers an idea of whether they might like it or not. Unfortunately, she ended up fielding various crude messages from those who used the post as an excuse to pester her with questions that had absolutely nothing to do with the item in question.

Taking to TikTok, April, who goes by the username @djaprilia, shared some of the inappropriate responses she received in a video compilation, with one would-be customer querying, ‘do you come with the dress?’

Another man simply commented ‘hi’ with a string of love heart eyes, while another remarked, ‘Nice dress to impress’.
