Mum explains why she insisted on seeing daughter’s body after murder

LIBBY Squire’s mum has revealed why she demanded to see her daughter’s body after she was murdered.

Lisa Squire, 49, had taken her daughter back to Hull University just four days before she was raped, murdered and dumped in a river by Pawel Relowicz.

Libby disappeared on her journey home after partying with friends – and was caught on CCTV getting into the Polish butcher’s car.

She was discovered six weeks later on March 20, 2019, in the Humber estuary by a fishing boat – a gold necklace bearing the letter ‘L’ still hanging around her neck.

Now Lisa has explained how she went against police advice to see her daughter’s body after she had been in the water for 48 days.
