In the civil lawsuit filed in Loudoun County Circuit Court, the plaintiff, whose identity is protected, claims that the alleged incident took place on January 27 at Dr. Forman's private practice in Lansdowne. This is the third civil lawsuit against Dr. Forman involving accusations of sexual misconduct during medical examinations. The allegations come just six months after Forman and Reston Pediatrics were ordered to pay a $1.3 million civil verdict in a separate case involving a 15-year-old patient. In that case, Forman was accused of entering the patient's home under the pretext of a "house call" and fondling the girl's breasts. The current lawsuit seeks $2 million in damages for sexual battery and emotional distress.
