A three-year-old child is among “multiple injured” that could be as many as 14 following a mass shooting on Halloween night in Chicago, it is reported.
Emergency services rushed to 2700-block of West Flournoy on the West Side with a police spokesman having said many people have been shot – although their conditions have not been revealed.
