Meghan Markle and Prince Harry given ‘much-needed breakthrough’ after brutal snubs

Prince Harry was recently snubbed from yet another huge award, after he and his wife Meghan Markle already missed out on an Emmy nomination and were axed from Spotify

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been offered a lifeline after facing a series of blows, according to an entertainment expert.

The Duke of Sussex has been snubbed from another award after failing to land a place on the shortlist for the upcoming National Television Awards. This comes after he and Meghan already missed out on an Emmy Award nomination.

The Sussexes also hit a major bump in their careers when they were axed from Spotify. The couple had signed an exclusive $25million (£19million) deal with the streaming service after stepping back from the Royal Family.

Entertainment expert Mark Boardman believes they’ve now been given a much-needed breakthrough after reportedly purchasing the film rights to the bestselling novel Meet Me at the Lake. Meghan and Harry are said to have spent $3.8million (£3million) to buy the adaptation rights.
