Meanwhile Boy George, 61, was tasked with eating six fermented plums along with vomit fruit during the trial which had been modified because he is vegetarian. An insider said: 'Matt and George were comedy gold as they scoffed the gruesome jungle offerings to win stars for camp. 'Ant and Dec were also in their element as they introduced the nether regions of various animals to Matt." They added: 'Viewers won't be able to switch off as they see the unlikely pair sick to their stomach to feed their fellow celebrities.'
