The news has prompted the Red Devils to release a statement around the situation. The club statement read: " Manchester United acknowledges the allegations made against Antony and notes that the Police are conducting enquiries. "Pending further information, the club will be making no further comments. "As a club, we are taking this matter seriously, with consideration of the impact of these allegations and subsequent reporting will have on survivors of abuse." A number of top clubs are reportedly interested in signing Jadon Sancho. The Englishman, who is entangled in a war-of-words with boss Erik ten Hag, has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford.
