Man killed FedEx driving instructor after he failed him on test, police allege

Keith Lamont Blount allegedly shot and killed Bartholomew Masciulli at Philadelphia International Airport after he refused to employ him as a FedEx driver

A man has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting a FedEx employee to death at Philadelphia International Airport.

Keith Lamont Blount, 59, from Philadelphia, has been charged with criminal homicide, murder of the first and third degree, and firearms charges, according to the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office.

Blount is said to have opened fire on 51-year-old Bartholomew Masciulli in the Cargo City area of the airport on October 7.

Witnesses recalled seeing a man speaking to the driver of a Jeep. The man then fired five rounds into the car, before fleeing the scene in a Honda Accord.
