Molly is celebrating her birthday as she captioned the post: "BURFDAY BUTT !! l had to get a hibiscus tattoo in Hawaii…right?! It's sooooo flippin cuteeeeeeee!!" Friends and fans of the star took to the comments to say what they thought about her new tattoo. Fellow Love Islander Lucie Donlan said: "Wooowww what a beach babe happy birthday beautiful."
