The star was asked by a fan to take a picture together but said no due to being in the middle of a meal and having a conversation. However, the person involved messaged the 25-year-old to say she was "so rude" for not taking a selfie. The fan messaged: "So rude not taking a picture in China Town - calm down love you're not Tommy and Molly." However, Sanam soon clapped back as she replied: "Are you the person that came up to us whilst we were eating our food? Because I only turned one person down because of that, so I'm assuming it's you?" Sanam posted a screenshot of the conversation and wrote over for viewers: "One thing about me… I will always happily take a picture with whoever asks because I wouldn't be here without you guys but I will always say no if I am approached whilst I am sat down at a table eating food and in mid-conversation.
