Covid and its effects continue to plague many, and in a new research paper, scientists have hypothesised how it may affect a person’s exercise.
Its already well established the harrowing toll having Long Covid has on some, with the condition said to affect roughly two million people in the UK.
Brain fog, fatigue and a person’s capacity for exercise and physical activity are well noted in many other studies – so much so a new study has delved into this further.
Published in JAMA Network Open, researchers looked at 38 studies to further explore how Long Covid affects exercise.
