Responding to Lizzo's statement in an interview with Channel 4, Williams – who was hired by the A-lister after competing in her program, Watch Out for the Big Grrrls – said her words were 'disheartening' to read. 'Initially for me it just further deepened my disappointment in regards to how I was feeling and how I was treated,' Williams said in part. Earlier this month, in documents obtained by multiple US outlets, Lizzo was accused of pressuring one of her dancers to touch a nude performer at a club in Amsterdam and 'called attention' to another performer's weight gain.
