Liverpool will aim to follow up their qualification to the knockout stages of the Champions League in midweek with another three points in the Premier League against Leeds United this weekend.
The Reds recorded a 3-0 victory over Ajax on Wednesday to advance to the last 16 with a game to spare, as they bounced back from last weekend’s shock 1-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest, and now they have the chance to get back on track in domestic competition.
Standing in their way of three points is Leeds, who are on a dangerous slope this season following four consecutive defeats and no win since August, but three points against the Reds could lift them out of the relegation zone.
Liverpool vs Leeds will kick-off at 7:45pm on Saturday, October 29 at Anfield.
