Four years later, cops have renewed their appeal for the public's help in the international manhunt for the prime suspect - Rajwinder Singh. He lived in Queensland, but is originally from Buttar Kalan, Punjab, India - and he's a key person of interest in the murder case. Mr Singh, 38, fled Australia just hours after Toyah's body was found, leaving behind his job, wife and three children. Australian and Indian officials have agreed on an extradition order and Queensland Police have now announced a reward of $1million (£567,000) for anyone with information that leads to his arrest. Detective Inspector Kevin Goan said he's confident Mr Singh, who has family in the Punjab area, will be found following high-level talks with Indian officials. "The translation of $1million and what that would do for a family is unique," he told ABC. "It would be a comparable wealth of about $25 million in India and when you look at that value, it's life-changing. "It's a great incentive for people, particularly in his home village in the Punjab region, to come forward and tell us what they know about his current location."
