LeBron has now shared an update on the youngster, admitting that it has 'been a lot' for their family to deal with over the last few months. 'Obviously I'm going to dedicate this season to Bronny, because of the incident that happened this summer,' he declared in a press conference, via E! News. 'And the understanding that it just puts everything into perspective. 'No matter what's going on in your life at that point and time, the only thing that matters is your family.
