The Celebrity Big Brother 2013 finalist, 45, has been in hospital for the past two months, recovering from emergency brain surgery. Lauren later contracted infections and was placed into a coma due to severe seizures. Despite now being awake, the child antiques expert has continued to have spinal issues, with a recent operation unsuccessful. Taking to Twitter on Tuesday (July 18), Lauren's mum Katie revealed a heartbreaking update. 'We were informed yesterday that Lauren has a life threatening spinal tear. She is having emergency surgery today, the first of two operations,' she wrote. 'This has meant she is in constant pain and unable to walk it could also lead to more bleeding on the brain. 'She has been through so much in her 3 1/2 months in hospital, this is her 3rd operation.' Her mum added: 'She's strong but needs your love.
