She took to her Instagram page to share the news where she thanked everyone for supporting her as well as having a new date for the walk. Lauren will be walking in memory of her daughter Lorena who passed away shortly after being born. The star shared a black and white photo on her Instagram with the caption: "This is to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone that has supported me this far in your kind words and in giving. Delighted to share we have a new walk date for the beginning of December." Lauren added: "I will be walking in Lorena's memory for the Lullaby Trust and invite you to support me at a time of year when we hold our loved ones that little bit closer in remembering our babies, the angel children we have lost in lighting up a life, with a shining star leading my way, we remember. "My love, prayers and thoughts are with you all. Stay Strong. Lauren." Friends and fans took to the comments to send their well wishes. One wrote: "This makes me so sad sending you so much love x" Lauren said she has had to postpone the charity walk (Image: Instagram) As a second said: "I don't know how you and other mums cope after such a loss. You're so brave," with another adding: "Proud of you xxx" A fourth commented: "So sorry that you have to go through this. We will support you always xxx" Lorena passed away after being born with two knots in her umbilical cord, tied around her neck and despite ten doctors fighting to save her, she died shortly after her birth.
