England defender Kyle Walker has put pen to paper on a new deal at Manchester City which will keep him with the Premier League champions until the summer of 2026
Kyle Walker has signed a contract extension with Manchester City until 2026, the club have confirmed.
Walker, 33, came close to joining England team-mate Harry Kane at Bayern Munich this summer, but was persuaded by boss Pep Guardiola to remain at City.
Right-back Walker, who joined from Tottenham in 2017 for £50million, has won five Premier League titles, four League Cups, two FA Cups and the Champions League with City.
Walker said: “I’m thrilled to sign a new deal. My future is with Manchester City and that is the best thing for me.
