Sex and the City icon Kim Cattrall says she experiences misogyny every day.
The HBO series is pretty much accepted as being ahead of its time, with the characters played by Kim, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon openly exploring their sexuality as young women living in New York City.
Kim burst into mainstream success with the launch of the iconic series in 1998, after first building her career with stellar roles in the likes of Police Academy in the 1980s.
And having been in the entertainment industry for over 40 years, she has now reflected on how far society has come – and how much further there is yet to go.
