Filming Harvey at a restaurant, Katie could be heard saying: "Harvey Price, where are we on a Thursday night?" Harvey enthusiastically replied: "Burger night!" as he explained they were at a restaurant in London for the evening. "You've lost so much weight, haven't you? We're having a treat day," the mother-of-five encouraged Harvey at the end of the clip. Katie captioned the post alongside a red heart emoji: "Harvey has lost two stone and can still have a treat day." It comes after Katie gave fans an update on Harvey's weight loss journey last month as she called his weight "life threatening". She shared a sweet clip of her son eating a place of chopped carrots as she spoke about his new diet and fitness routine. Harvey - who suffers from Prader Willi Syndrome, blindness and autism - could be seen enjoying the snack and told fans: "I'm feeling healthy eating carrots!"
