During the short virtual hearing, which took place today, discussions of a public examination took place – meaning Katie's affairs, dealings and property are expected to be examined before the court in another hearing. A date for which is yet to be set, but will be listed for the first available date after July 21. "We are now at the stage were this matter needs to be expeditiously dealt with," Mr Connell told the court. Judge Paul Greenwood said: "I've looked at the evidence and I understand there has been a breach of the incoming payments agreement that was reached on the 10th April." He added that it seems "right and indeed inevitable" that he should make the "directions sought" of the "listing" of a one-day public examinations "as soon as the court can accommodate". A hearing into Katie's bankruptcy had been postponed five times, after it was originally scheduled to take place in June 2022. Katie previously agreed to pay £12,000 a month through an individual voluntary arrangement but, her creditors claim she has not been sticking to the deal.
