The special event will take place at Westminister Abbey on Thursday, December 15, and will be broadcasted on ITV on Christmas Eve.Kate Middleton announced the event on Twitter by sharing a video clip of the artist Aurelie Baudry Palmer illustrating the festive invitation for the concert. The invitation is a cartoon version of a snowy Westminister Abbey, with snowmen and Christmas trees in the cheery drawing. However, the artist has revealed that Kate Middleton specifically requested corgis to be incorporated into the invite in honour of Queen Elizabeth.Ms Palmer said: “It was such an honour to be approached by Kensington Palace to illustrate the announcement for the Princess of Wales’ carol service at Westminster Abbey.
